Rapid Response Infra-red Heat Treatment

 

 

STABEL SWIR lamps offer a modern, clean, source of heat for processing.  ‘Instant’ radiant heat accelerates fabric temperatures to pre-sets between 60 and 160 degrees suitable for working most yarns

w Rapid temperature collapse on machine stop for clean re-starts

w Tick over at economical ambient pre-set during machine adjustment

w Adjustable length heat zones for line speeds  300 – 5000mm per minute

STABEL Constant Tension systems provide a gentle but firm control over the fabric as it is passes through the heat zone. 

 

w Pivoting action senses and controls fluctuations in tension .

w Powered servo out-haul works as slave to loom ‘take-down’ (or to in-feed rollers of a stand alone unit).

w Line rollers can measure length and control speed for batching if required.
